The friendly and polite staff made the dining experience even better, ensuring that all our needs were met. The buffet-style setup was convenient and the food was freshly cooked. It was a great way to start the day.

It was a really lovely experience, I loved staff and location.

Cool premier double room in the carpets. An electric kettle, central heating and an electronic key card in the room. Accommodating hotel employees all round. Perfect location in the town, close to tourist attractions. For tea or coffee visit Dim Sum Cafe nearby.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being near the Blackpool Tower and easy to locate from the train station. The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and welcoming attitudes. The restaurant offered good service and the evening meal was deemed excellent by one reviewer. The hotel had various facilities, including a bar and restaurant, and had a nice outside area with tables for relaxation. The rooms were clean and cosy, with some advantages such as tea and coffee making facilities and a Tassimo machine, as well as a nice bathroom with a great shower. a buffet breakfast was available, allowing guests to choose what they wanted.

I loved staff and location, which were lovely. The nicest place to stay when travelling to Blackpool.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and near all the shops you could need. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all provided, including rooms for families and a delicious breakfast.

I loved that the hotel was characterful and fairly clean. The beds where comfy and the whole room was well-organised and great-sized.

Staff were exceptional; hotel was beautiful, ideal location near the centre. The room was more than well laid out and included a spacious bathroom.

The room we stayed in was drafty, making it difficult to keep warm at night. It would have been helpful to have an extra sheet or a thicker quilt to provide more warmth.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, both inside and out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with easy access to the beach and good shops nearby.

We were there for 3 days, everything was very clean, liked its fab location really close to shops, the town centre, the sea front.

It's decent base for sightseeing and exploring Blackpool. The breakfast is efficient, has many choices.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager even upgraded us to a premier suite, which was newly refurbished and impeccably clean. The entertainment was fantastic and the bar staff did a great job. The 6 course meal was delicious and reasonably priced. a wonderful experience.
